How To Look Chic Without Trying

I'm a firm believer that outfits should never be overly complicated. I just don't have the patience for clothes that dont fit right, are uncomfortable, or become something I have to worry about like, does this match or do I look crazy right now???

But with that being said, you better believe I still want to be the best dressed (or at least ONE of the best dressed) in every room I grace with my presence so; lo and behold: the matching co-ord set.

These became popular years ago and I jumped on the trend super fast. I remember buying a crepe material burnt orange co-ord set from boohoo back in 2017. I don't know what I was thinking buying something in burnt orange but it didn't even fit me anyway. However, this was definitely the start of my love for the simplicity and put togetherness that co-ord sets represent.

You don't have to think about anything other than, "what shoes will I wear with this?" when you put a co-ord set on. You can dress them up for a night out or down for a casual stroll around town. They come in all silhouettes, materials, and colors, AND they automatically make you look like you have your life together. A win all around, here are a few of my fave (and affordable) sets from the internet right now plus the black button down + shorts combo I've been wearing non stop this summer... and I might even wear it into the Fall too because that's how easy and versatile co-ord sets are.

I got this co-ord set from Shein. they have like one thousand set options on their site right now, all SUPER cheap.

Paired them with converse but you could also wear this with heels to go out at night.
